Welcome to Agastya Ecosystem("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our invite-only capital syndicate platform, transparent asset ledgers, AI workforce programs, and affiliated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

SECTION 01

1. INVITE-ONLY SYNDICATE & MEMBERSHIP

  • Private Network: Access to the capital syndicate is strictly invitation-only, private, and confidential.
  • Eligibility & Verification: Membership is restricted to verified individuals who meet the onboarding criteria. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke membership at our sole discretion.
  • No Public Solicitation: The Platform does not solicit funds from the general public. All participation operates strictly within a closed, private community framework.

2. RISK DISCLAIMER & NATURE OF SERVICES

  • Market Risk: Participation in digital asset trading, cryptocurrency strategies, and capital allocation pools involves significant risk of financial loss. Market volatility can affect performance.
  • No Guaranteed Performance: Historical performance and projected returns are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
  • Execution Role: "The Architect" (Shilpkar) operates solely in an execution-only capacity to manage asset strategies without custody or direct withdrawal authority over member capital held in designated vaults or reservoirs.
SECTION 03

3. CAPITAL SAFEGUARDS & GOVERNANCE

  • Program Cycles: Capital commitments operate on defined cycles (e.g., 12-month or 24-month cycles) as specified in your syndicate tier. Mid-cycle withdrawals or dilution are restricted unless explicitly permitted under syndicate rules.
  • Hard Stop-Loss Mechanism: The Platform incorporates an automated 30% drawdown hard stop-loss threshold. If triggered, trading operations automatically halt, capital is protected, and recovery protocols are initiated.
  • Multi-Signature Control: Primary capital vaults rely on multi-signature security models requiring member-designated keyholders for fund movements.

4. PROFIT SHARING & ALLOCATIONS

  • Distribution Mechanics: Realized trading profits are distributed according to the tier-specific framework (e.g., 50% Member Returns, 30% Safe House Reserve, 20% Referral/Incentive Pools).
  • Performance Benchmark: Performance exceeding monthly baseline benchmarks triggers allocations toward operational execution, incentive pools, and community programs as outlined in the system architecture.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:
